Heather and I have decided to part ways. It's a peculiar experience to be in love with someone yet have larger forces (parenting, a god-damn big one) prevent the natural course of things.

There's a lot here that I am trying to get my head around but I'm not on the internet to mope, so that's all I have to say about it: just a little marker along this river flow. And there is love, so that is good.
